I’m kinda obsessed with Mr. Potato head right now. Maybe because we have been watching Toy Story on repeat for weeks!
So combining Mr. Potato Head and pumpkins was the perfect idea.
This activity is really just for fun. Your Lil’ will work on some creative skills and maybe some vocabulary, but most importantly they will have an opportunity to be silly and creative.

Pumpkin (Optional)

*Play Doh

Step #1
Print and cut out the Mr. Potato Head Template. Only cut out the Mr. Potato Head accessories, not the pumpkin.
This is going to be a labor of love so I apologize in advance.
Step #2
If you are using a real pumpkin, stick Play Doh to the back of the Potato Head accessories and attach them to the pumpkin.
If you do not have a real pumpkin, you can use the paper pumpkin in the template.
Step #3

Have fun mixing and matching the different Mr. Potato Head accessories on your pumpkin.

Teacher Tip

If I were to do this again, I would have laminated my accessories to make peeling the Play Doh off easier. Also it would have made these accessories reusable, because like I said the cutting was a labor of love.
