I have noticed that Rea can easily look at a group of objects and identify the value without counting (up to 4), but if I were to ask her, “What comes after 2,” she would look at me like I have three heads.  So I’ve decided to incorporate some number sequencing activities this month.
This activity will work on counting or number sequencing.
