Using stickers to write your name and sight words is a wonderful way for your Lil’ to work on identifying the letters of their name and to work on fine motor skills. Pulling the stickers off the paper is a major workout for those little fingers. Plus kids LOVE stickers.

Write your Lil’s name on a piece of paper. We glued two pieces of paper together so that we could write Rea’s name large enough to not cramp it.

Show your Lil’ how to cover their name with stickers.

Let them take over.

Lil’ Creators should repeat these steps for their sight words: of & and.

Teacher Tip

If your Lil’ is struggling with peeling the stickers off of the paper, try removing the background. This should make it easier for their fingers to grab the sticker they want to use.
