Our Lil’ Explorers have gone through the entire alphabet once, which means it is time to go through it again.
Why go through the alphabet again instead of moving on to the lowercase letters?
We are repeating capital letters because more than likely your Lil’ Exlporer hasn’t mastered their capital letters yet and it is more developmentally appropriate to focus on capital letters alone.
If your Lil’ has mastered all their capital letter, you can begin to focus on sound recognition in addition to letter recognition.
With that said, we are starting back at the letter C and making another connection to our book of the month, If you Give a Mouse a Cookie, because C is for Cookies!
