Top 10 Summer Toys

My kids got this water table for Christmas and are OBSESSED! It comes with a few toys, some scoops, and buckets for playing with the water. I love that it has an umbrella to give some added protection from the sun.
A friend of mine suggested this water toy and instantly 3 other moms were looking to buy one. I absolutely love this and I see so much learning happening as they pour the water and watch it flow down. Plus, the pieces are adjustable so that your Lil’ can create their own mazes. Sensory play, problem-solving, and engineering at its finest!

While you can certainly put sand in your water table, if you want your Lil’ to be able to play IN the sand, this sandbox is a great option. I love that it has a cover to protect the sand from the hot sun when you’re not playing with it.

I told you I love the Green Toys brand, right? D got this truck for his first birthday and it is a HUGE hit in our house. Recently, it was taken outside and let’s just say both kids love filling the truck with rocks and dirt. Maybe the coolest thing about this toy truck is that it’s made entirely from recycled milk jugs!
Do you like playing Corn Hole? This game is essentially the kid version of corn hole. It is a great way to play as a whole family and start training your Lil’ to be the Corn Hole champion!

This motorcycle was a gift for Rea’s 3rd birthday and she LOVES it. The “gas” is a foot pedal instead of a button or handle which makes it much easier to power (we have one with a button too and neither of my kids are successful on it.) D started riding it at 15 months and even he is pretty good at steering it.
Several of my friends recommended scooters. They all have bikes for their Lil’s, but realized that bikes and trikes were hard to maneuver for their 2-3 year-olds. We have that same problem in our house, BUT these scooters are way more user-friendly for toddlers.

This “toy” is certainly an investment, but in terms of swing sets, this one is definitely on the cheaper side. We got this same model last year and it is so well loved and used that it is well worth the investment. My husband put it up in an afternoon, but we will use it for years to come.
Our best friend has this trampoline and we LOVE it. If your Lil’ becomes a fireball of energy right before bed like my son, this is the perfect toy to get him all fun-ed out.
