Name Rocket Template

*White Paper

Step #1
Print and cut out the Name Rocket Template.
Step #2
Write your Lil’s name on the rocket.

Their full name will go on the plain white rocket and one letter of their name per square.

Pro Parents be sure to type in your Lil’s name before printing.

Step #3
Glue the triangle to the top of the paper.
Step #4
Trace over the letters on the squares.

If you are using liquid glue you’re going to want to trace over the letters before you glue them down, but if you’re using a glue stick you can certainly trace when you’re all done.

Step #5
Using the white rocket as a guide glue the letters in order to spell your Lil’s name.
Step #6
Glue the three diamonds to the bottom of the rocket.

Teacher Tip

I really couldn’t decide how I wanted to do this activity. I loved these adorable name rocket crafts, but I also liked the idea of this being something that I put in our morning breakfast invitation centers rotation so I wanted it to be something that could be reusable. In the end, we did it twice: once just as the directions said and once after I laminated it and put it in the breakfast invitation centers.
